The renovation of this three-storey masonry house, perched high on the cliff with stunning views over the Northern Beaches coastline, presented several major challenges which PBC overcame to complete an incredible waterfront home.

Despite difficult site access, the project was completed with many bespoke elements such as curved concrete columns and balconies incorporating custom designed wrought ironwork and detailed joinery. A separate three car garage with large rainwater storage and home office was constructed, and linked to the main house via an elevated, covered walkway. The project also includes an internal lift.
