DUNCAN CRESCENT | COLLAROY

A new build construction, this home was designed to give the owner both panoramic ocean views and privacy. The courtyard design focuses the interior spaces of the house on the ocean views whilst maintaining privacy and access to northern light. The building is highly detailed with concrete slab floors with large format tiles, steel portal frames supporting a floating cranked roof form and wrapped in floor to ceiling glass panels.

The works included the large open courtyard terrace with retractable sunscreens and built-in, off form concrete bbq, and a wet edge pool that wraps around the main bedroom wing of the house. There were a number of unique elements that PBC was able to execute to the highest quality of minimal tolerance construction, showcasing the superior finishes selected and maximising the site’s potential.
