GURNEY CRESCENT | SEAFORTH

This project, which involved an enormous new build on a tight, restricted access waterfront site, was one of the most difficult homes PBC Pty Ltd has completed. The result is a stunning four-level home, sitting impressively over Middle Harbour.

Materials such as limestone and zinc cladding and a glass tread staircase, as well as the sheer enormity of the build, were handled impressively by PBC Pty Ltd.
